About RIT

RIT, a not-for-profit organization, aims to serve as the 'Centre for Excellence' for producing High Quality, Trained Trainers in Technical Vocational Education & Training (TVET) in identified Industry / Service Sector Trades of critical importance. These Trained Trainers, in turn, would train the youth entering into, or already employed in the Industry / Service Sector Workforce.

RIT is presently focused on Skill oriented Faculty Development Programs and Training of Trainers (ToT) Programs in Manufacturing and Service Trades that are customized and Industry-Specific including but not limited to Metal Machining (CNC & Conventional), Electrical Trades and Tailoring. The Training is all-encompassing and includes Trade specific Technical Know-How, Soft & Life Skills and Pedagogy.

  • To contribute towards upward social and economic mobility, through continual Technical & Vocational Education and Training & Research Programs for Trainers.
  • To develop relevant and latest Technical Skills, Pedagogy, and Didactics through Research and continuous interaction with Industry and Academia.
  • To promote and imbibe values that aid personal and professional growth of the Trainer and contribute, through the multiplier effect, to the overall development of Society.

We, at Radiant Institute of Technology, are committed to pursue global standards of excellence in skilling, reskilling and upskilling in disciplines relevant to present day technologies through research, partnerships and exchanges as well as processes of self-evaluation and continual improvement.

We shall:-

  1. Impart necessary awareness, through training(s) with an objective to inculcate in every member of the organization, a sincere appreciation of the Quality concerns; commitment to protection of Environment and eliminate hazards & reduce operational Health & Safety Risks.
  2. Monitor & improve Quality, Environment, Health & Safety conditions and practices taking all necessary precautions through consultation of & participation by all Trainees, Trainers and employees.
  3. Comply with Legal - Statutory & Regulatory requirements, including compliance obligations, Social Responsibilities, managing Intellectual Property Rights, as applicable.
