The Telangana Department of Intermediate Education signed memorandum of understanding agreement with Radiant Institute of Technology ato enhance skill development, faculty upskilling, and career opportunities for thousands of students across Government Junior Vocational Colleges in the Telangana state.
The partnership with RIT launches a free faculty and student Training initiative to bridge the gap between industry requirements and academic learning. The agreement was formally exchanged in the presence of Intermediate Education Director Abhilasha Abhinav, Joint Director Yenkya Nayak, Joint Secretary Mohan, State Institute of Vocational Education Principal Jyothsna Rani and RIT Team
Under this agreement, RIT will conduct hands-on Faculty Development Programmes for lecturers of Government Junior Vocational Colleges. It will also provide essential industry-aligned On-the-Job Training to students specializing in the Electronics Technician, Electrical Circuit Technician, and Mechanical Engineering streams.
Abhilasha Abhinav noted that providing quality training free of cost is crucial in preparing students for immediate employment.
