- Demonstration by Trainer
- Practice by Learner under Trainer Guidance
- Execution by Learner Independently
Training Plan Development: Creating cohesive roadmaps to ensure all technical competencies are met during the apprenticeship period.
The Feedback Loop: Emphasizing the Trainers to interact with the Apprentices / students to get regular feedback.
Industry-Institute Relations: Strengthening the synergy between educational institutions and private enterprises to ensure curricula remain relevant to market demands
